What is The Meaning of Spa?

When you look up the word spa in the dictionary you will find many different meanings of the word:

The Treetops Spa does have health-giving properties.  It could be essential oils used during your facial that will give you some relief from a pounding headache or it could be the massage techniques that are used to relieve your shoulder pain so you can play golf the next day. I would definitely agree that there are some health-giving properties involved with the spa.

The Treetops Spa definitely checks off everything in our #2 search.  Steam room-Check!  In fact we have a steam room and a dry sauna that can be used with every service at the spa and if you request a eucalyptus steam we can add the scent into the steam room for you.  Exercise equipment-Check!  Treetops Fitness Center has a Nautilus fitness system including two treadmills, two stationary bikes, free weights, and a fitness instructor that can help you set your goals and achieve them.

Last but not least is Massage-check!  Treetops Spa offers 7 different massages…we have a quick massage to help get you through the day or 80 minute massage that can really help restore your muscles and increase endurance, range of motion and flexibility.
