Tubing down the Sturgeon River is one of the best ways to experience the fastest river in Michigan’s Lower Peninsula. There isn’t much whitewater on the Sturgeon, but the water is still fast and the tight turns along the way will make tubing a very exciting activity, and a great way to cool off mid-summer. During your tubing trip, make sure to keep an eye out for wildlife including bald eagles, blue herons, deer, and more.

One of our helpful reservationists will help you to book your tubing adventure on the Sturgeon River. When you call, they will provide you directions to the outfitters and any other information you will need for an afternoon of fun. Box lunches can also be ordered for your trip when you call to book. All tubing gear is provided by the outfitters, but you should also be prepared by bringing sunscreen, bug spray, and sunglasses.
