Note: For those 18 and under a parent/guardian will need to sign their liability release at the bottom of the rental form. Please scan it and email completed and signed form to jmcguigan@tretops.com or you can fax it into 989-732-9858 Attn: Jim McGuigan.

• Treetops must receive your rental information at least four days prior to your arrival. 
• Please be sure all information on the rental form is filled out in full. We need such information as name, height, weight, age, skier type (type I is a beginner; type II is intermediate; type III is an advanced/aggressive skier), and shoe size.
• Please also note on the form what day you will need the rental equipment for. Forms not filled out in full will not be processed.
• SPECIAL NOTE: BOOTS ARE UNISEX AND WE DO NOT CARRY HALF SIZE BOOTS.
• Each renter must be present to pick up the equipment to insure proper fit.
• Payment will be taken prior receiving equipment. 
• A parent/guardian must be present at pick up for anyone under 18 years old.

Once a completed form is in our possession, we'll preset your equipment for you and have it waiting in the Ski Shop upon your arrival.
