Treetops Resort features 238 guest rooms, including standard and deluxe hotel rooms and two and three-bedroom condominiums. Nearly every room takes advantage of our majestic setting and offers sweeping views of ski hills, golf courses, pristine woods or wetlands.
Lodge Rooms
The Lodge's lobby is the perfect place to relax in our cozy furniture whether you're next to the fireplace or watching the large-screen TV. All rooms in the Lodge are non-smoking rooms offering a coffee maker, iron and ironing board. The rooms feature comfortable living space with digital cable and high-speed Internet access.Lodge Queen

The Inn offers spacious rooms with two lobby areas that both offer flat panel TV’s, warm leather furniture and rustic accents. You will have plenty of room to relax with your family, challenge them to a game of chess or checkers or join them in the game room. Our Standard Inn room offers two double size beds. All rooms offer a patio or balcony.Inn Deluxe
Our Inn Deluxe room has two queen size beds, a small sitting area, and a small refrigerator.Condominiums and Townhouses
Our condominiums and townhouses are located 3.5 miles north of our main resort property. Our condominiums overlook the spectacular "Premier" golf course, designed by Tom Fazio. Townhouses are located on the number four fairway of the "Tradition" Course a Rick Smith design.Condominiums
We offer two, three and four bedroom condominiums and three bedroom townhouses. All units are smartly appointed and host full kitchens, dining rooms and inviting living rooms complete with gas fireplaces. Each unit offers various types of bed configurations so that we can assist you with the perfect fit.Chalets
The chalets are located on the main property complex just a short distance from our ski slopes. There are six individual free standing buildings situated in a semi-circle on a hill overlooking their own putting green. Chalet rooms offer two queen size beds. Efficiency rooms offer a sitting area, small refrigerators, microwave, and a two-burner stovetop.
Lodging Guarantee/Cancellation Policy
Mastercard, Visa and American Express are accepted. Room reservations require a one night deposit including tax, package reservations require a deposit of $100.00 per person at the time the reservation is made. We realize that plans change and you may need to cancel your reservation. To avoid possible cancellation fees deposits are refundable if cancelled seven (7) days prior to your arrival (fourteen days prior to holidays). We regret that we are unable to refund unused portions of packages.

Pet Policy
We understand that many people travel with their pets and consider them to be a member of the family. Unfortunately in unfamiliar settings there is the potential possibility of a pet injuring itself, another guest or getting lost in our northern area. To better serve all of our guests, we are unable to accept pet visitors of any type or size on the resort property. Service animals are, of course, permitted.
Treetops does not endorse any particular kennel or boarding facility however we are happy to provide you with those numbers. It's up to the pet owner to choose the best facility to house and care for their pet. Thank you for your understanding.
