All positions require Holiday Week and Weekend Availability

Ski Slopes

SKI/SNOWBOARD INSTRUCTORS  should have prior experience teaching.  PSIA certified or working towards PSIA certification is preferred.  On-the-job training and clinics included.  Instructors are needed for private, group, and childrens program.  NASTAR RACE STAFF is also needed.  

SKIER SERVICES STAFF  are needed to provide customer service for the sale of winter outside tickets, rental equipment, ski and snowboard lessons as well as sale of merchandise.  Requires accurate money handling, strong organizational skills and good customer service skills including smiling and friendly, patient attitude toward all guests. 

SKI RENTAL TECH   greets and assists guests with proper fitting of ski and snowboard equipment, and helping with their rental waivers. Requires good organizational skills and customer service that includes friendly and patient attitude toward all guests.

TUBING CASHIER  is responsible for making tubing reservations, assisting guests with their liability forms, selling winter merchandise and answering phones.  Requires good organizational skills and customer service that includes friendly and patient attitude toward all guests.

SKI LIFT OPERATOR  is responsible for operating ski lifts, loading/unloading, while adhering to all operations and safety procedures.  Must be 18 or older, able to work outside in adverse conditions, and able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.

SKI PATROL  position requires interaction with guests and handling of any mishaps or accidents on the ski slopes. Must be able to ski in all types of terrain; 18 years or older; first aid certified with CPR training.

Child Care

LEAD TEACHER in Child Care Center  Provide direct care, wellbeing and safety of children in accordance with state licensing requirements, and monthly planning and implementation of daily activities.  Must have Early Childhood Education and experience and be willing to work a flexible schedule.  Requires energy and patience.  Must be 18 years or older, in good health, with a good work ethic.  Flexibility in scheduling and some weekend availability during the winter months.  

Food & Beverage

BANQUET SET-UP  Understand and be able to set a room by reading written instructions (BEO) as well as set up of audio visual equipment.  Carry or move tables and chairs in a timely manner, set up and cleaning of meeting rooms.  Able to bend, carry and lift up to 50 lbs.  Must have a valid driver’s license, 21 years or older.  Available, days, nights, and weekends.

LEAD BANQUET SET-UP  position is also available.  Must have experience in banquet set-up.

BANQUET CAPTAIN  Banquet server who also runs pre-meal meetings, diagram and assign duties, billing and gratuity allocations.  Must understand and be able to serve a meal by reading written instructions (BEO).  Work as a team with other wait staff and kitchen staff.  Always communicate with customers in friendly and engaging manner.  Must be able to bend, carry and lift up to 40 lbs., able to work long shifts on your feet.  Valid driver’s license is preferred, 18 years or older. 

BANQUET KITCHEN STEWARD  Responsibilities include washing of dishes, sweeping and mopping of floors and trash removal. Additional cleaning and sanitation projects as needed.  Must be able to work quickly, listen, and follow directions; able to lift 50 lbs. and bend, doing tasks in a repetitive manner.  Valid drivers license is preferred.  Requires weekend and evening availability.

RESTAURANT SERVERS are responsible for serving customers in a friendly and engaging manner.  Includes recording food orders, serving drinks and food, preparing the check, handling final cash transaction and clearing of table.  Must be organized and efficient, able to work long shifts on your feet, bend and lift up to 40 lbs.  Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and alcohol service training is preferred.  Must be 18 years or older and available on weekends.

HOST AND SERVER ASSISTANTS  Greet and seat guests with enthusiasm and energy.  Assist wait staff in serving guests and clearing tables.  Emphasis on keeping dining and surrounding areas clean.  Must be able to lift 40 lbs, and walk or stand for long periods of time.   Weekend availability.   

LINE COOK  AM and PM experienced cooks.  Includes preparation of food quickly to recipe and closing of the restaurant.  Food handling must be as hygienically as possible.  Proper storage, dating and labeling of food as well as proper use, cleaning and storage of kitchen equipment is necessary.  Position requires knowledge of food and knife skills.  Must be able to multitask and lift up to 50 lbs.

Guest Services

FRONT DESK AGENT   Responsibilities include:  attend to guests upon their arrival at the Resort.  Provide information to guests regarding facilities of the hotel.  Taking messages, handling inquires and complaints of guests, ensuring the safety and security of all guests.  Must have good computer skills.  Updating reservation and/or package details in computer is required.

RESERVATION SALES AGENT   The Reservation Sales Agent’s primary responsibility is to capture as many reservations as possible by utilizing effective selling techniques and all available tools.  Candidate is self-motivated, sales-minded, customer-focused and detail-oriented with a high degree of computer literacy.  Must have strong communication and organizational skills and a full comprehension of computer skills, including accounting programs, Word and Excel and Delphi

SHUTTLE DRIVER  Responsibilities include transporting guests to various locations on Resort property.  Picking up guests at the airport and some transporting of guests into town.  Must have a CDL driver’s license with Passenger endorsement, to transport guests using the Treetops shuttle bus.   Hours can vary from 16-30 per week. 


ROOM ATTENDANT  ensures that rooms are clean, neat and tidy at all times.  React to concerns of guests, replace bed and bathroom linens, vacuum, dust and clean furniture, walls and drapes.  Mopping of floors, scrubbing sinks, showers and toilets.  Must be able to bend and lift 40 lbs.  A valid drivers license is helpful.  Must be available on weekends.

HOUSE ATTENDANT  Responsibilities include stripping beds, retrieving garbage and linen from Room Attendant’s carts, stocking storage rooms, vacuuming hallways, transport of linen to the Laundry and garbage to dumpsters.  Must be self-motivated, an independent worker, honest and display high levels of energy.  Must be able to bend and lift up to 50 lbs.  Valid driver’s license.
