SKI SCHOOL INSTRUCTOR should have prior experience teaching. PSIA certified or working towards PSIA certification is preferred. On-the-job training and clinics included. Instructors are needed for private, group, and children's program. NASTAR RACE STAFF is also needed.
SKIER SERVICES STAFF are needed to provide customer service for the sale of winter outside tickets, rental equipment, ski and snowboard lessons as well as sale of merchandise. Requires accurate money handling, strong organizational skills and good customer service skills including smiling and friendly, patient attitude toward all guests.
SKI RENTAL TECH greets and assists guests with proper fitting of ski and snowboard equipment, and helping with their rental waivers. Requires good organizational skills and customer service that includes friendly and patient attitude toward all guests.
TUBING CASHIER is responsible for making tubing reservations, assisting guests with their liability forms, selling winter merchandise and answering phones. Requires good organizational skills and customer service that includes friendly and patient attitude toward all guests.
SKI LIFT OPERATOR is responsible for operating ski lifts, loading/unloading, while adhering to all operations and safety procedures. Must be 18 or older, able to work outside in adverse conditions, and able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
HVAC AND BUILDING MAINTENANCE Pool upkeep including cleaning and chemicals. HVAC experience to assist guests with heating and cooling issues and other miscellaneous repairs to the facilities. Must be available on weekends, and have a valid drivers license.
RESERVATION SALES AGENT The Reservation Sales Agent’s primary responsibility is to capture as many reservations as possible by utilizing effective selling techniques and all available tools. Candidate is self-motivated, sales-minded, customer-focused and detail-oriented with a high degree of computer literacy. Must have strong communication and organizational skills and a full comprehension of computer skills, including accounting programs, Word and Excel and Delphi.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
RESTAURANT SERVERS are responsible for serving customers in a friendly and engaging manner. Includes recording food orders, serving drinks and food, preparing the check, handling final cash transaction and clearing of table. Must be organized and efficient, able to work long shifts on your feet, bend and lift up to 40 lbs. Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and alcohol service training is preferred. Must be 18 years or older and available on weekends.
SERVER ASSISTANTS Greet and seat guests with enthusiasm and energy. Assist wait staff in serving guests and clearing tables. Emphasis on keeping dining and surrounding areas clean. Must be able to lift 40 lbs, and walk or stand for long periods of time. Weekend availability.
KITCHEN STEWARD Responsibilities include washing of dishes, sweeping and mopping of floors and trash removal. Additional cleaning and sanitation projects as needed. Must be able to work quickly, listen, and follow directions. Must be able to lift 40 lbs. and bend, doing tasks in a repetitive manner. Valid drivers license is preferred. Requires weekend and evening availability.
FOOD & BEVERAGE - CULINARY
LINE COOK – Preparation of food quickly to recipe and closing of the restaurant. Must have an understanding of the proper handling, storage, dating and labeling of food. Position requires knowledge of food and knife skills as well as proper techniques in food preparation. Must be able to multitask and lift up to 40 lbs. Must be available nights and weekends.
FOOD EXPEDITOR/PREP COOK – Expediting food from kitchen to dining room and helping with preparation of food during slow periods. Must be able to multitask and lift up to 40 lbs. Must be available nights and weekends.
STEWARD Responsibilities include washing of dishes, sweeping and mopping of floors and trash removal. Additional cleaning and sanitation projects as needed. Must be able to work quickly, listen and follow directions. Must also be able to lift 40 lbs. and bend, doing tasks in a repetitive manner. Available nights and weekends.
GUEST SERVICE AGENT Responsibilities include attending to guests upon their arrival at the Resort and throughout their stay. Provide information to guests regarding facilities of the hotel. Taking messages, handling inquiries and complaints of guests, ensuring the safety and security of all guests. Must have good computer skills. Updating reservation and/or package details in computer is required.
NIGHT AUDITOR Responsibilities include daily/overnight accounting procedures for guest invoices. Handling any front desk issues at night. Full time overnight position.
SHUTTLE DRIVER Responsibilities include continual route thru Resort to pick up and drop off guests for winter activities. Some off-site driving may be required to the airport to pick up guests. Must have a CDL license with passenger endorsement.
HOUSE ATTENDANT Responsibilities include retrieving linens and garbage from rooms and attendant’s carts and transporting to laundry and dumpsters. Stocking storage rooms, vacuuming hallways. Must be able to lift and bend and work on weekends. A valid drivers license is necessary.
ROOM ATTENDANT Responsible for ensuring guest rooms are clean, neat and tidy at all times. Includes replacing bed and bathroom linens, vacuuming, mopping floors and bathroom cleaning. Must be an independent workers, available on weekends. A valid drivers license is helpful.
LOBBY ATTENDANT Responsible for ensuring guest areas are clean and tidy at all times. Includes vacuuming, mopping floors, public space bathroom cleaning. Must be an independent workers, available on weekends. A valid drivers license is helpful.
