Golf Season (2015)

Safety and Security Officer - Responsibilities include ensuring safety and security for all guests, patrolling the Resort and North Property facilities, responding to emergencies, reporting of incidents or accidents and handling of guest maintenance issues when maintenance is not available.  Must have a valid driver’s license and be 21 years of age or older.

Accounts Receivable Clerk - Responsibilities include daily audit including reconciling multiple units, revenue and cash over/short; billing and follow-up with guests, as well as monthly reports.  Good communication and computer skills with strong Excel understanding.  A minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounting is preferred and at least one year of college education is helpful. 

Child Care Assistant - Duties include attending to the needs of preschool children, including meals, play, learning and the cleaning of the Center.  Experience working with young children in a group or one year of early childhood development is preferred.  Must be 18 years or order, in good health, with a good work ethic.  Flexibility in scheduling and some winter weekend availability is required.

Golf Bag Drop Attendant – Duties include greeting guests, loading clubs onto golf carts, washing clubs, maintaining cleanliness of golf carts, maintaining the driving range, upselling Resort products and services.  Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and available to work part time thru mid-October.  Minimum age is 16.

Food & Beverage – Restaurant

Restaurant Server– Recording food orders, serving food and drinks, preparing the check, handling final cash transactions and clearing the table.

Restaurant Host and Server Assistants – Greet and seat guests with enthusiasm and friendliness.  Assist wait staff in serving guests and clearing tables.  Must be able to bend and lift 40 lbs., and walk and stand for long periods of time.


Assistant Housekeeping Supervisor – Responsibilities include attendant’s training and follow-up as well as assisting in management of employee scheduling and daily assignments.  Checking of rooms and public space areas for cleanliness and completeness as well as assisting with housekeeping duties.  Valid driver’s license is required and availability on weekends.  Must have hotel housekeeping experience.  

Public Space Attendant – Cleaning and maintaining all public areas including restrooms, lobbies and pool areas and taking care of guest requests.  Must be able to bend and lift 40 lbs.

Room Attendant – Ensure that rooms are clean and tidy.  Replace bed and bathroom linens, vacuum, dust, sanitizing sinks, showers and toilets.  Must be able to bend and lift 40 lbs.

Guest Services Front Desk Agent

Attend to guests upon their arrival at the Resort.  Provide information, take  messages, handle inquires and/or complaints of guests; always ensuring the guest’s safety and security.  Must have good computer skills.  Updating reservation and/or package details in computer is required. 

Reservation Agent

Primary responsibility is to assist Reservations Sales Agents and Reservations Supervisor with daily reservation office tasks to include: advance deposit processing, advance bookings for special events and advance Room and Package reservations; processing of confirmations and reservation modifications; database entry; as well as standard reporting.  Candidate is self-motivated, customer-focused and detail-oriented with high-degree of computer literacy.
