Banquets

Conference Coordinator 

The Conference Coordinator interfaces in person and over the phone with customers to coordinate all aspects of their meetings and catered events. The Coordinator creates banquet event orders to communicate group needs to banquet staff. Candidates must be detail-oriented, have excellent oral/written communication skills and customer service skills and have knowledge of computers and the capacity to learn the Delphi database system. Event planning experience is preferred. Position is full time but may have seasonal layoff or decrease in hours.

Banquet Server  (Part time / Seasonal / Weekends)

Communicate with customers in friendly and engaging manner.  Understand and be able to serve a meal by reading written instructions (BEO).  Work as a team with other wait staff and kitchen staff, including dining room set up and cleaning.  Must be able to bend, carry and lift up to 40 lbs.  Must be able to work long shifts on your feet.  A valid driver’s license is preferred and must be age of 18 years or older.

Golf

Outside Bag Drop AssistantDuties include welcoming golfers and loading clubs onto golf carts, washing clubs, maintaining cleanliness of golf carts, maintaining the driving range, upselling Resort services, and other duties as assigned.  Must be committed to providing the highest level of customer service.  Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. and be willing to work in all weather conditions.   Daytime availability is needed.  

Housekeeping

Room Attendant: Responsibilities include: Ensure that rooms are clean, neat and tidy at all times. React to concerns of guests, replace bed and bathroom linens, vacuum, dust and clean furniture, walls and drapes. Mopping of floors, scrubbing sinks, showers and toilets.  Must be self-motivated, an independent worker, honest and display high levels of energy.  Must be able to bend and lift 40 lbs. A valid driver’s license is helpful. Must be available on weekends.

Food and Beverage (Restaurant)

Restaurant Server: Responsibilities include serving customers in a friendly and engaging manner.  Recording food orders, serving drinks and food, preparing the check, handling final cash transaction and clearing of table.   Must have good customer service skills, being organized and efficient.  Must also be able to work long shifts on your feet and bend and lift up to 40 lbs.  Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and alcohol service training is preferred.  Must be 18 years or older and available on weekends. 

Reservations

Reservation Agent: Primary responsibility is to capture as many reservations as possible by utilizing effective selling techniques and all available tools.  Candidate is self-motivated, sales-minded, customer-focused and detail-oriented with a high degree of computer literacy, as well as willing to learn new processes and in order to fuse into a dynamic work environment.  Requires at all times, a positive, upbeat attitude while assisting guests. Must have a thorough knowledge of MS Windows and Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer, etc.) as well as quick and accurate typing skills.  Being familiar with NAVIS and/or Delphi is helpful.

Child Care Development

Children Center Teacher AssistantApproximately 25-30 hours weekly. Responsibilities include direct care and supervision of children as well as planning and implementing activities, including meals, and cleaning of center.  Experience working with young children in a group setting or one year of early childhood education is preferred.  Must be 18 years or older, in good health and with a good work ethic.  Requires flexibility in scheduling and some weekend availability.
