Winter Season 

Guest Services Hotel Manager - The Guest Services Hotel Manager oversees all facets of the guest's experience (front desk, housekeeping, transportation and PBX) in the hotel or other room facilities. This includes assisting the Front Desk Manager coordinate the check-in process, resolve issues that guests may have and develop programs for special services.  Also assists the Housekeeping Manager with guest service concerns and updates, checking that rooms are ready for occupancy, and the day to day staffing and training of employees. Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel hospitality with college education. Degree in hospitality management or business administration is preferred.

Building Maintenance - Responsibilities include repair and maintenance of property facilities as well as guest rooms.  Some carpentry experience and HVAC knowledge is preferred.  Must have a valid driver’s license, able to bend and lift up to 50 lbs., and be available to work evenings and weekends.

Child Care Assistant - Duties include attending to the needs of preschool children, including meals, play, learning and the cleaning of the Center.  Experience working with young children in a group or one year of early childhood development is preferred.  Must be 18 years or order, in good health, with a good work ethic.  Flexibility in scheduling and some winter weekend availability is required.

Reservation Agent - Primary responsibility is to assist Reservations Sales Agents and Reservations Supervisor with daily reservation office tasks to include: advance deposit processing, advance bookings for special events and advance Room and Package reservations; processing of confirmations and reservation modifications; database entry; as well as standard reporting.  Candidate is self-motivated, customer-focused and detail-oriented with high-degree of computer literacy.

Food & Beverage – Restaurant

Restaurant Bartender – Able to communicate with customers in a friendly and engaging manner.  Includes serving drinks and/or food to customers and handling of cash transactions.  Must be organized and efficient, able to work long shifts on your feet, lift up to 50 lbs. and available nights and weekends.  Alcohol service training is required. 

Restaurant Server– Serving customers in a friendly and engaging manner. Recording food orders, serving food and drinks, preparing the check, handling final cash transactions and clearing the table.  Must be able to work long shifts on your feed.  Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and alcohol service training is preferred.  Must be 18 years or older and available on weekends.

Line Cooks – Preparation of food quickly to recipe and closing of the restaurant.  Food handling must be as hygienically as possible.  Proper storage, dating and labeling of food as well as proper use, cleaning and storage of kitchen equipment is required.  Must have knowledge of food and knife skills as well as proper techniques in food preparation.  Available nights and weekends.


Assistant Housekeeping Supervisor – Responsibilities include attendant’s training and follow-up as well as assisting in management of employee scheduling and daily assignments.  Checking of rooms and public space areas for cleanliness and completeness as well as assisting with housekeeping duties.  Valid driver’s license is required and availability on weekends.  Must have hotel housekeeping experience.  

Room Attendants – Ensuring that rooms are clean, neat and tidy at all times.  React to concerns of guests, replace bed and bathroom linens, vacuum, dust and clean furniture, walls and drapes.  Mopping of floors, scrubbing sinks, showers, and toilets.  Must be able to bend and lift up to 40 lbs.  A valid driver’s license his helpful.  Must be available on weekends.

Public Space Attendant – Cleaning all public areas including restrooms, lobbies and pool areas, taking care of guests’ requests.  Must be patient and friendly with all guests.  Able to lift and bend.  Valid driver’s license is necessary.  Must be available on weekends.

House Attendant – Responsibilities include stripping beds, retrieving garbage and linen from Room Attendant’s carts, stocking storage rooms, vacuuming hallways, transport of linen to the Laundry, and garbage to dumpsters.  Must be self-motivated, an independent worker, honest and display high levels of energy.  Must be able to bend and lift up to 50 lbs.  A valid driver’s license is necessary.

Snowsports Instructors – Ski and snowboard instructors are needed with all levels of skiing abilities, prior experience and certification preferred.  On-the-job training, clinics included.  Instructors needed for private, group and childrens’ program.  NASTAR RACE STAFF is also needed.


Ski Rental Tech – Assists customers with proper fitting of ski and snowboard equipment.  Good customer service including friendly and patient attitude toward all guests.


Skier Services Staff – Provide customer service for winter outside tickets, rental equipment, ski and snowboard lessons, tubing cashier, as well as sale of merchandise.  Requires accurate money handling, and good customer service.
