Winter Season 

Sales Manager (Corporate and Government Market Segment)



Must be a highly motivated and dynamic individual with strong follow-up skills.  Experience in hospitality is preferred that indicates strong record of closing sales bids.  Requires a full comprehension of computer skills including accounting programs, Microsoft Word, Excel and Delphi.  A college degree is preferred with a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales. 

Guest Services Hotel Manager - The Guest Services Hotel Manager oversees all facets of the guest's experience (front desk, housekeeping, transportation and PBX) in the hotel or other room facilities. This includes assisting the Front Desk Manager coordinate the check-in process, resolve issues that guests may have and develop programs for special services.  Also assists the Housekeeping Manager with guest service concerns and updates, checking that rooms are ready for occupancy, and the day to day staffing and training of employees. Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel hospitality with college education. Degree in hospitality management or business administration is preferred.

Reservation Agent - Assist Reservations Sales Agents and Supervisor with daily reservation office tasks including: advance deposit processing, advance bookings for special events and advance Room and Package reservations; processing of confirmations and reservation modifications.  Candidate is self-motivated, customer-focused and detail-oriented with high-degree of computer literacy.


Teacher Assistant - Approximately 15-20 hours a week (could lead to full time).  Experience and training working with children is required.  Good health and strong work ethic necessary.  Rotating seasonal weekends.

Lead Teacher  -  Full time position requires an Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood or related field, current CPR and First Aid.  Overall responsibilities include supervision and management of a classroom in accordance with licensing policies.  Specific duties include direct care of children, monthly planning and implementation of daily children’s activities, supervision of staff assigned to assist in classroom and assurance of the physical well-being of the children.  Rotating seasonal weekends required.


Restaurant Server– Recording food orders, serving food and drinks, preparing the check, handling final cash transactions and clearing the table. Must be able to work long shifts on your feet.  Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and alcohol service training preferred.

Restaurant Bartender – Serving of drinks and/or food to guests and handling of cash transactions.  Must be organized and efficient, able to work long shifts on your feet, lift up to 50 lbs., and available nights and weekends.  Alcohol service training is required.

Banquet CaptainMust understand and be able to serve a meal by reading written instructions (BEO). Work as a team with other wait staff and kitchen staff, including dining room set up and cleaning. Run pre meal meetings, diagram and assign duties, billing and gratuity allocations, wait staff scheduling and weekly beverage and dry good ordering. Must be able to work long shifts on your feet, bend, carry and lift up to 40 lbs. Valid driver’s license required and preference age over 21 years.

Line Cooks and Prep Cooks – Preparation of food quickly to recipe. Food handling must be as hygienically as possible.  Proper storage, dating and labeling of food as well as proper use, cleaning and storage of kitchen equipment is required.  Must have knowledge of food and knife skills as well as proper techniques in food preparation.  Must be able to multitask and lift up to 50 lbs.  Available nights and weekends.

Steward - Washing of dishes, sweeping and mopping of floors and trash removal.  Additional cleaning and sanitation projects as needed.  Must be able to work quickly, listen and follow directions.   Must also be able to lift 40 lbs. and bend, doing tasks in a repetitive manner.  Available for nights and weekends.


Assistant Housekeeping Supervisor – Responsibilities include attendant’s training and follow-up, assisting in management of employee scheduling and daily assignments, checking of rooms and public space areas for cleanliness and completeness as well as assisting with housekeeping duties.  Valid driver’s license is required and availability on weekends.  Prior hotel housekeeping experience.

Room Attendant – Ensure that rooms are clean and tidy.  Replace bed and bathroom linens, vacuum, dust, sanitizing sinks, showers and toilets.  Must be able to bend and lift 40 lbs.

House Attendant – Stripping beds, transporting linens, stocking storage rooms, transport of garbage to dumpsters.  Requires a valid driver’s license, minimum age of 21. 

Overnight Public Space Attendant – Cleans public areas overnight, such as restaurants, pro shops, and winter shops.  Must be available for this overnight position two nights per week.  The other three days can be daytime or evenings and includes cleaning of lobbies, restrooms, etc.  Must have a valid driver’s license and able to bend and lift up to 40 lbs.


Ski/Snowboard Instructors - On-the-job training and clinics included.  Instructors are needed for private, group, and childrens program.  NASTAR RACE STAFF is also needed.   Prior experience is preferred.   PSIA certified or working towards PSIA certification is helpful.

Skier Services Staff - are needed to provide customer service for the sale of winter outside tickets, rental equipment, ski and snowboard lessons as well as sale of merchandise.  Requires accurate money handling, strong organizational skills and good customer service skills including smiling and friendly, patient attitude toward all guests. 

Ski Rental Tech - greets and assists guests with proper fitting of ski and snowboard equipment, and helping with their rental waivers. Requires good organizational skills and customer service that includes friendly and patient attitude toward all guests.

Tubing Cashier - is responsible for making tubing reservations, assisting guests with their liability forms, selling winter merchandise and answering phones.  Requires good organizational skills and customer service that includes friendly and patient attitude toward all guests.

Ski Lift Operator - is responsible for operating ski lifts, loading/unloading, while adhering to all operations and safety procedures.  Must be 18 or older, able to work outside in adverse conditions, and able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.

Ski Patrol - position requires interaction with guests and handling of any mishaps or accidents on the ski slopes. Must be able to ski in all types of terrain; 18 years or older; first aid certified with CPR training.
