Current Job Openings

RESERVATION SALES AGENT

Primary responsibility is to capture sales from incoming and outgoing calls by utilizing selling techniques effectively.  Ideal candidate is courteous, self-motivating and detail-oriented.  Able to work in a fast paced environment with the Reservation and Sales Team and possess a positive, polite and upbeat attitude while assisting prospective and existing guests.  Effectively manage daily correspondences and operational tasks while demonstrating exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and telephone etiquette.  Must have a thorough knowledge of MS Windows and Office (Word, Excel, Outlook Explorer, etc.) as well as ability to type quickly and accurately.  Knowledge of the NAVIS system is a plus, but not required.

This is a full time position, but does require some evening and weekend work.

POOL & MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

Primary responsibility is for Pool upkeep including cleaning and handling of chemicals.  Also assist with the handling of routine building maintenance, preventative as well as project work.  Requires CPO (Certified Pool Operator) license. 

Must have good communication skills, prior maintenance experience and certification in handling of pool chemicals.   Requires availability on weekends and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report due to driving of company vehicles.   Use of hand and power tools; must be able to climb ladders, bend and lift at least 50 lbs.  

This is a full time, daytime position.

ASSISTANT HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities include attendant’s training and follow-up, assisting in management of employee scheduling and daily assignments, checking of rooms and public space areas for cleanliness and completeness as well as assisting with housekeeping duties.  Valid driver’s license is required and availability on weekends.  Must have prior hotel housekeeping experience, and be able to bend and lift up to 40 lbs.

This is a full time, mostly daytime position.
